SURRENDERING INFORMATION

What Is Surrendering?
If you are no longer able to look after your pet, you can surrender it to us and we will try to place it in a loving adoptive home. You must fill out a Surrendering Form so we can get as much information about your pet as possible to find a suitable adoptive home.

What Is the Cost and Why?
The fees for surrendering are as follows:

Dog with a current healthbook (up to date within 6 months) $60

Dog without a current healthbook $135

Cat with a current healthbook (up to date within 6 months) $45

Cat without a current healthbook $90

Cat with a litter $100

The surrendering fee goes towards supplies for the foster home that will be looking after the animal, as well as any veterinary costs and administration fees.
