QUICK FACTS

• Founded in February 2005.

• Incorporated as a society as of October 31st, 2005 .

• Rely totally on volunteers and Foster Homes.

• We only have one person who fosters cats and one person that fosters dogs.

• Have found homes for 18 dogs, 42 cats and 2 guinea pigs.

• We received calls on a daily basis regarding lost or found animals.

• Have received surrendered animals from Drumheller and area and found homes as far    away as Morrin and Oyen.

• 100% success rate - we have not had to euthanize any animals.

• We have accepted surrendered dogs from the town that haven't found their home or owners.

• Have had information booths at the Spring registration fair and the Hanna Home Show.

• Have held a BBQ at Super A in September.

• Had a fundraiser with JADE Photo to get Christmas pictures taken with your pet.

• Have received donations of food and cages from the Calgary Humane Society.

• Are currently working on a bi-annual (could be more) newsletter.
